Zoella Wilkins
Provisional Psychologist
Zoella is a provisional psychologist practising under the supervision of Board-approved clinical psychologists to gain AHPRA registration in Australia. Prior to moving to Australia, Zoella worked as a registered CBT Therapist in the UK for five years where she worked with individuals with moderate to complex mental health difficulties. Zoella also provided supervision to other practitioners.
Zoella is a warm and supportive clinician who creates a space where you can feel safe to explore whatever challenges you may be facing. With you, she will gently explore the connection between your thoughts, emotions, behaviours, and physical responses, while developing practical strategies to support you in everyday life. Therapy will be tailored to you, with a structured yet flexible approach.
Zoella’s approach is evidence-informed and tailored to your individual needs. She draws primarily from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), alongside mindfulness-based strategies and motivational interviewing.
Zoella works with adolescents and adults experiencing a range of anxiety disorders, stress, and low mood. She also enjoys working with people experiencing perfectionism, low self-esteem, and adjustment to difficult life circumstances. Zoella values ongoing learning and growth, and will be expanding her knowledge of other therapeutic approaches, including Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), to further support clients with warmth, understanding, and flexibility.
