You are welcome to submit an enquiry below in order to book in a (10-15 minute) call with our intake coordinator so that she can learn more about you and assist with thoughtfully allocating you to the right clinician(s) for psychology and/or dietetic appointments. Our intake coordinator can also run through our practice fees, rebates, and policies, so that you are well informed ahead of your first appointment.

If you do not have a preferred time, our intake coordinator will reach out to coordinate a suitable time. This intake call does not incur a fee.
