Sophie has a warm and compassionate style and aims to provide a non-judgmental space to support clients in exploring their values, experiences and goals. She works collaboratively with clients to highlight their strengths and to empower them to make meaningful change. She aims to adapt treatment to best support each unique client, drawing from evidence-based therapies including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT).

Sophie is interested in working with people presenting with mood, anxiety, trauma and eating disorders. Born and raised in a multi-cultural environment in Hong Kong, Sophie is particularly interested in and has experience working with people from diverse backgrounds.”
