Sophie is a Clinical Psychologist who provides a warm and accepting space where clients can feel understood and supported. She works collaboratively with clients to explore their experiences, their strengths, and empowers them to create meaningful change in line with their values.

Sophie has experience working with a range of mental health difficulties, including anxiety, social anxiety, depression, anger management, low self-esteem, and body image concerns. She has worked with children, adolescents, and adults, in various settings including not-for-profit, community, and private settings.

Sophie utilises evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based practices. At the heart of her approach is building a genuine connection with clients and helping them foster a compassionate relationship with themselves and others.
