Nicole Munro is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian with a special interest in eating disorders, women’s health and gastrointestinal function. Nicole is a welcoming, warm, and compassionate practitioner that has a passion for supporting and empowering all clients to develop sustainable and peaceful relationships with food and their bodies. Nicole aims to provide holistic and inclusive nutritional support collaboratively with her clients, practicing from a weight-inclusive, non-diet approach to health and wellbeing.

Nicole has worked in a range of settings, from acute care to community outreach programs, private practice and rural services, which has provided her the opportunity to develop a broader and deeper understanding of client needs and the importance of equitable care. Nicole aims to bring this awareness when assisting with a range of areas including eating disorders and disordered eating, neurodivergent-affirming care, gastrointestinal function and conditions, feeding concerns and intolerances (IBS, IBD), women’s health, cardiovascular health, nutritional deficiencies and performance nutrition.

Nicole is a registered member of Dietitians Association of Australia, a Credentialled Eating Disorder Clinician, a Monash University FODMAP qualified practitioner and member of DAA Eating Disorder Interest Group, Sports Dietitian Australia, Australian New Zealand Association of Eating Disorders and Health At Every Size (HAES).
