Marcus Connor
Accredited Practising Dietitian | Credentialled Eating Disorder Clinician | CEDD | SDA Member
Marcus is an Accredited Practising Dietitian who is passionate about supporting people to develop a positive relationship with food and exercise. He has a special interest in sports nutrition, chronic kidney disease, and helping people rebuild a healthier relationship with food, particularly those struggling with disordered eating or eating disorders. While Marcus is an expert in nutrition science, he understands that you are the expert on you — his down-to-earth, empathetic, and non-judgemental approach creates a safe space for clients to take their performance to the next level, work through disordered eating and learn to trust their bodies again, or gain a clearer understanding of how to manage their health. He works from a Health at Every Size (HAES) and non-diet approach, focusing on sustainable habits and wellbeing rather than weight or appearance.
Marcus has practised across a range of settings throughout Australia, including acute, community, and rural outreach. He is a Credentialled Eating Disorder Dietitian and an active member of Sports Dietitians Australia, dedicated to providing safe, ethical, and effective care to every individual he works with.
