Her therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and compassionate. She aims to create a space where clients feel safe, understood, and able to explore difficult experiences without judgement. She believes therapy works best when it is tailored to the individual, balancing evidence-based strategies with genuine human connection.

Keera draws from a range of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Schema Therapy.

Keera is particularly passionate about supporting people who struggle with anxiety, perfectionism, self-criticism, and shame, as well as those experiencing burnout, relationship difficulties, or challenges with eating and body image. Keera enjoys helping clients understand the patterns that keep them stuck, strengthen their relationship with themselves, and move towards a life that feels more balanced, connected, and meaningful.
