Jacinta Anderson is a Registered Psychologist who approaches therapy from a place of warmth, exploration and collaboration. She has experience in both private practice and public health settings, working with both adolescents and adults across the lifespan using evidence-based approaches. Jacinta aims to promote a therapeutic space that allows clients to feel affirmed, safe and supported. She approaches clients mental health concerns and life experience from a non-judgmental place of curiosity, with the intention to empower individuals to understand their values and strengths. 

It is Jacinta’s belief that the client-therapist relationship is key in making sense of one’s challenges, empowering clients to make meaningful change and improve quality of life. She maintains mindfulness that each person and concern requires a unique approach that is tailored to the individual.
