Emma is a Clinical Psychologist with experience working across public and private mental health settings, primarily supporting adolescents and young adults. She has worked with a broad range of presentations. 

Emma brings warmth, curiosity, and authenticity to her work. She strives to create a space where clients feel safe to show up as themselves without pressure or judgement. She works collaboratively with clients to develop a shared understanding of how their experiences have shaped them and contributed to challenges, helping to foster greater self-awareness, self-compassion and meaningful change. 

Emma draws on a range of evidence-based approaches including Schema Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). She tailors treatment to each individual’s goals, strengths, and needs. She is committed to providing neuroaffirming, LGBTQIA+ inclusive, and gender-affirming care. 

Emma works with adults and adolescents and has a particular interest in working with:
