Liz is a compassionate registered psychologist committed to creating a safe space where clients feel supported to explore their experiences. She has a particular interest in relational and attachment-informed perspectives, and believes in the capacity of the therapeutic relationship for fostering meaningful change. She has experience working with young people and adults across a range of psychological concerns, including stress, anxiety, low mood, low self-esteem, eating disorders, and women’s mental health, including the perinatal period. Liz has worked across both individual and group settings.
Prior to becoming a psychologist, she spent 10 years in high-pressure corporate environments and brings experience navigating workplace stress, burnout, and career-related challenges. Having lived and worked across Asia and Australia, Liz brings a considered and culturally attuned lens to her work. She aims to help clients build insight and self-understanding and move towards a life that feels more aligned with what matters to them.
Her approach is integrative and tailored to the individual, drawing from therapies such as CBT, ACT, and Schema Therapy. Her focus includes supporting clients in better understanding recurring patterns and exploring new ways of relating to themselves and others. When supporting clients with eating disorders, she utilises Enhanced Cognitive CBT-E and SSCM.
